Lulu Kenyon Coon, 95, passed away March 10, 2017 after declining health. The long journey on earth ended and life in heaven begins where she joins her beloved husband Clarence (1988), parents Leon and Gladys Kenyon, sister Shirley Gooden, and brother Charles Kenyon.
She is survived by her daughters Betsy DiPaola of Penfield, Eleanor (Paul) Gill of Camillus, Karen Malbone of Webster and son Daniel (Lori) Coon of Marcellus. She also leaves behind a sister Betty Rosa of Clearwater, FL, brother-in-law Herbert Gooden of Marcellus as well as 10 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Services for Lulu will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday March 16 at the Marcellus United Methodist Church. Calling hours will be from 12-1:30 p.m. Thursday prior to the service at the church 1 Slocombe Ave.., Marcellus.
The family wishes to thank the staff at St. John’s Home in Rochester for her care.
