Obituary for Ann C. Beck (Church)
Ann C. Beck of Myrtle Beach, SC formerly of Marcellus passed away Tuesday February 4, 2020 at the Francis House. Born in Rockville Centre, NY to the late Frank and Betty Church, she received her master’s degree from Syracuse University. She was a Special Education teacher at Huntington School for over 25 years, where she loved her special education students and assistants as if they were her family. Ann believed experiences were worth far more than possessions. She was a compassionate and caring woman who was willing to help everyone.
She is survived by her husband Bernie, sons Lee and Jay (Melissa), grandchildren Hagen, Cole, Will and Jake and her brother Bruce Church and several nieces and nephews.
Services for Ann will be 10 a.m. Friday February 7 at the Plis Funeral Home, 33 North St. Marcellus. There will be no calling hours.
