Obituary for Ann Sikora

Ann Myhalik Sikora, of Auburn, died Friday at her residence, following an extended illness.
Mrs. Sikora was a life resident of the Auburn area, the daughter of the late Stephen and Anna Myhalik. Over the years, she worked at Miller Brewing, General Electric, and finished her career as a lunch monitor at Casey Park School. She also worked for many years as a poll inspector for the Board of Elections. She was a communicant of St. Hyacinth's Church.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Laurie and Tom Sciortino of Auburn, and her sons and their wives Leonard Sikora Jr., and Lynn, of Stow, Ohio, and David and Deborah Sikora of Auburn. Also surviving are her grandchildren Andrew, Kelly and David Sikora, and Bradley Vuillemot, her great-granddaughter Abigail Sikora, her twin sister Jean Dana of Rochester, her sister Nellie Murinka of Auburn, several nieces and nephews, and her faithful companion Holly.
Funeral services for Mrs. Sikora will be at 10 A.M. Tuesday, from the Plis Funeral Home, and 10:30 in St. Hyacinth's Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call Monday evening from 4 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home, 220 State St., Auburn.
