He earned the respect and loyalty of his clients and was known throughout the industry as a man with unwavering integrity. As a mentor, more than an employer, he instilled these traits into those who worked alongside of him. He volunteered his time coaching his son’s summer baseball team, and with the aid of other community members led the reconstruction of Ettinger Field. His proudest accomplishment was building his family’s home byhimself. He enjoyed spending time working on construction projects for his children, caring for his land, hunting with his son, restoring tractors, and working in his shop.
Chuck was more than a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a hard-working man who selflessly helped others and cared for his family. He was the person his family could count on and always turned to for advice. He was a best friend to his son, Michael. He will be deeply and forever missed.
