Obituary for Harry W. Hawuczyk
Harry W. Hawuczyk, 64, of Port Byron, died Monday May 20, 2019.
Harry was born in Auburn, and was a life resident of the area. He was the son of the late Harry and Mary Chalupa Hawuczyk. He was a former employee of New Process Gear, retiring in 2008. Prior to that he had worked in the airline industry for a number of years.. He was a member of SS Peter & Paul Church, the Sicz Club, the United Auto Workers, and the National Rifle Assoc.
He is survived by his children, his son Gregory, his daughters Tetyana (Tanya) Drulyk and her husband German, and Marika Ralph and her husband Michael, and his brother Jerry Hawuczyk. He is also survived by three grandchildren Anthony and Zoryana Drulyk and Nicholas Ralph.
Besides his parents, Harry was predeceased by his wife Galina in 2011.
Funeral services for Harry will be at 9:30 A.M. Friday from the Plis Funeral Home, and 10 A.M. in SS Peter & Paul Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Friends are invited to call Thursday from 4 to 7 P.M. at the funeral Home, 220 State St.
