Obituary for Joan Juli (Powers)
Joan Powers Juli, 86, of Auburn, died Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the Aaron Manor Rehab and Nursing Center, Fairport, NY.
Joan was a life resident of the Auburn area, the daughter of the late Wayne and Pauline Wilson Powers. She and her husband Don operated a farm in Aurelius for 60 years.
She is survived by her husband Donald Juli, two daughters, Linda (Doug) Dorsey of Webster and Vicki (Tom Personius) Hogdin of Wilson, NY, three grandchildren Ashley and Kurtis Hogdin, and Julie (Josh) DeMersman, 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at 10 A.M. Saturday at the Plis Funeral Home, 220 State St., Auburn. Services will follow at 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph’s Mausoleum.
The family encourages contributions in Joan’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association of Rochester and the Finger Lakes Region, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY
