Kevin P. Connors unexpectedly passed away on July 21st, 2021, at the age of 63. Kevin was a lifelong grocer whose most fulfilling years were working alongside his father and family at the Big M in Marcellus, NY. Kevin was an avid baseball fan, especially the Boston Red Sox. He enjoyed reading, bowling, the game of pitch, and spending time with his family and friends.
Kevin is predeceased by his parents, Jack and Jeanne Connors, and brothers Martin and Michael Connors. He is survived by; wife of 36 years, Barbara (Macholl) Connors; children Katie (Andy) Omilanowicz, and Brian (Sara) Connors; favorite sister Mary Lou (Norm) Hunt, and brother Dan (Tonya) Connors; his greatest Aunt Eileen Gibbons; Uncle James Connors; his pride and joy grandson Charlie Omilanowicz and life-long best friends Norm Hunt and “buddy” Todd Miller; further survived by several nieces, nephews, friends, and many cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday July 31 at 10 a.m. in St. Francis Xavier Church, Marcellus. The Rite of Committal will be in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Marcellus. Relatives and friends may call on the family from 4-7 p.m. Friday July 30 at the Plis Funeral Home, 33 North St., Marcellus.
Memorial donations in Kevin’s name may be made to the Marcellus Fire Department.
