Condolence: Our family’s hearts are so saddened to learn of Matt’s passing as he has always been a sweet memory of Zach’s time with him at KCH. Matt was such an incredible friend to him and always looked out for him when they were little and that has always stayed with Zach. He is very sad to hear about his forever friend. He is not well enough now to make the services but wanted his family to know how special he was to him in his life.
