Obituary for Richard W. Chalupnicki
Richard W. Chalupnicki, 81, of Auburn, died Monday, March 28, 2011. A native of Poland, he has resided in Auburn since 1945. He retired from Auburn Technology (ALCO) in 1989. H was also an experienced watch repairman. He was a member of the Ukrainian National Club, SICZ Club, and Cayuga County Sportsman Club.
SURVIVORS: his wife of 60 years Millie (Amelia) Sheftic Chalupnicki, his children Richard (Christine), Arthur (Marcia), Mary Ann, Gregory (Ann), and Jeffrey (Lisa), all of Auburn, and Sandra (Steven) Wiley of Clay, 13 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and his sister Helen Kmit in Poland, he was predeceased by a brother, and grandsons Jayden and Grady Robert Wiley.
SERVICES: 12:30 P.M. Saturday in SS Peter & Paul Church. Burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 4 to 7 P.M. at the Plis Funeral Home, 220 State St., Auburn.
