The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Suzette Geary can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

I am so sorry to hear about Suzette's death. She was a good friend and constant companion when we served as yearbook co-editors at Central High School many years ago. She was always "pulled together"' perfect hair, make-up and outfits. Such a pretty girl and later a beautiful woman. She was also smart and organized and a person who could get things done. She got her driver's license first and drove us around on our yearbook jaunts all senior year. We listened to Buffalo Springfield. Your mom loved music and had a great record collection. She was way ahead of me in that department. we listened to LPs while "working" on the yearbook. She was really musical and had a lovely voice. We were in chorus together all through high school. I faked it but she could read music and stuck to the score. Those were happy times. We almost went to the same university but at the last minute I switched to Syracuse. I moved to California and we lost touch for a while until I had kids and she would always book an appointment with her husband when one of the kids had a fever when we rolled into town to visit family. see more
