The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Linda Ward can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

Deborah M. (Becker)Nickerson

The first time I met Lynn was the May before the last family reunion, Uncle Willie had made arranagements for me to meet his clan as a way of becoming reacquainted with the Beckers so that I would not feel out of place at the reunion. We met at a park and Uncle Willie and Lynn were the first ones there, within minutes Lynn had me at ease and comfortable enough to talk about anything under the sun. Lynn was a natural Becker in that she made you feel like you had known her forever the first time you met her. In moments of meeting her you know that Lynn was a kind, intelligent, caring person, who would be there for you in a heartbeat. I wish I had more time to get to know her, but I am thankful that she was placed in my Uncle's and cousins' lives when they needed her most. She will be missed. My prayers are with you all. Love, deboraH see more
